Hoop for 8 x 8 design

I am looking at a Double height, 335mm x 329mm (13"x13") square frame made by Durkee. Does anyone have this hoop? My question is, can you do an 8 X 8 square design where the stitches go all the way out to each corner. Obviously it won't do a square that is 13 x 13, but what is the largest it will do? I just hate the way they give the measurements for hoops!

I am looking for a hoop that will do an 8 X 8" quilt block and I don't want a rectangle hoop - just a square one.
