Teflon Needles

Has anyone tried the teflon coated needles? I sewed a small order of neoprene computer sleeves using a fastframe hoop with sticky paper and wax paper going very slowly. It was somewhat problematic but not real bad. I was wondering how much a teflon coated needle might help now that the customer wants more. Also, where do you get them. I have seen them referenced but none of my suppliers have them listed on their website including MeloMart. Thanks.
