Aloha Everyone,
As I started to stitch on my XTS, I noticed that the stitching had gaps in it. By gaps, I mean that the design would stitch out, lets say about 25 stitches, then I would see bobbin thread , about 10 stitches, and so on ... Untill my design was done. The other issue I am having is the thread keeps popping out of the needle and creating the "thread break" error. I thought it might be mechanical so I did the normal maintenance, no change. Then i figured it might be the thread feeders, so I cleaned and lubed the thread feed wheels and the red rollers on top, still the same issue.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
