Heat Press and Rhinestone Pricing

I have a Silhouette cutter and am going to give heat press vinyl and hot fix rhinestones a try in my business but I don't know the normal pricing structure for vinyl and rhinestones. I know all my costs for a project. Is there some fairly simple pricing method for vinyl and rhinestones--similar to the $1 per 1000 stitches for embroidery.
