Hi,
the blade that cuts the thread seems to be having issues. I have cleaned it, did hte cutter step test and it goes in and out fine. When it cuts thread it makes an awful sound and the thread sligshots out of the needle and looks like it was chewed on. this happen about every 3rd trim. I have a replacement blade. I took off the needle plate. How does the blade come out? I can't find it in the manual.
