I had a customer bring me a Under Armor shirt to embroider and I noticed that the material is a lot denser than the last Under Armor shirt. When I embroidered it I noticed that it cut holes in the material around the letters that I embroidered. I am not talking about needle penetration holes but it cut the threads in the material. It ruined the shirt. I changed the needle because I have in the past had a burr on a needle that caused that problem. I am using 75/11 needles hat are ball point needles. Any suggestions on what to try next?
