Hooping Infant Baseball Caps

I have a customer wanting embroidery on Precious Cargo™ - Infant Baseball Cap. CAR15 (from SanMar) and I'm wondering if this is even possible.
I assume the hat hoop will be too big? Would I use a clamp or regular size hoop?

Any suggestions????
