Ethernet Communications Did Not Start Correctly; Restart Computer

I've had this happen before but can't find the resolution which I thought I'd saved. I just had to reinstall my Design Shop 9 and OS 10 software and now am getting this message when I try to start the OS: "Ethernet Communications Did Not Start Correctly; Restart Computer." I remember that after fighting with this previously, the fix was easy. I thought I had it written down but cannot find it for the life of me. Any help out there? Tkx!!
