new software wont recognize thread switch
Hi, I recently added a second Amaya Bravo and as part of the addition we upgraded to Bravo OS 11 (from v 10). We are still using design shop lite v9.
Since the switch the machines (the original and the new) will not recognize a change in threads mid design.
The design shop looks right but when I open in the Bravo OS I only see a single color and despite the software allowing me to select multiple thread colors it will not make the change mid design.
I am really lost here.
Any ideas?

I wish I could help but unfortunately owning BIG RED Amayas, Melco made the decision not to allow our machines to be update to OS11 - so I have no practical experience to offer you at this times.
Have you tried reloading v10 and forcing a download of the CSA/RSA files?
Again - I can't tell you if that's advisable but if you did just upgrade thru Melco, there should be some tech support included with your purchase.
