error in outline of twill letters

Trying to sew an outline on twill letters, when I move it machine some of the outlines go crazy directions. I dont see it in the design software only when it loads to machine?? Any ideas

I had that happen once. It turned out that I had digitized the design in DS Pro Plus 9 using a Windows 10 machine. Designs looked ok on screen but did some crazy things when they actually stitched out.
