  • Poor quality sew out.

I had a logo digitized, I’m not happy with the way it sews out for me.
(I don’t want to name the person).
This going to be sewn on a hat.
They have adjusted the design some.
My sew out doesn’t look as good as the digitizer’s.

On the same machine I have sewn out the “H” and the flowers in the pictures I included, and they look great, no false breaks, no shredding.

So why wouldn’t the logo sew out with cleaner lines.

    New needles, put in correctly.
I used 2 layers of stabilizer and sewed a sample on shirt.
    Put a new bobbin in.
I am using a Melco Amaya XTS.
I started the thread feed on 2, had thread shredding.
When I go up on thread feed I get false breaks.
Digitizer’s sew out is in 1st picture.
My sew out is the second.
The last two pictures are samples I’ve sewn on the machine after the logo.
    Hope all that makes sense.
    Thanks in advance.

Did you sew it out on a hat?

the blue logo is sewn on a woven and the gold on a knit.
There should be a bit more underlay for sewing a knit.
try a 4pt edge trace it should help.

Designs do sew diff. on diff. material.

Sorry I didn’t see replies before now. I add the other embroidery photos to show my machines were sewing other designs with no quality issues.
Paid again for someone else to digitize. [emoji853]
