We recently purchased the HoopTech ICTCS Hoops:
ICTCS 1 Hat Side Right Window Set (Part#599293)
ICTCS 1 Hat Side Left Window Set (Part #599294)
ICTCS I P3 4.5 x 4.5 Window Set (Part #599295)
When we've purchased custom hoops in the past (Mighty Hoops), we received instructions from the manufacturer with the "points" to create the custom hoops in the software. It was a little time consuming but the information was given to us with fantastic instructions. However, when we contacted HoopTech, they sent us .pdf files of how to select hoops in OS. They told us they could give us Melco's contact phone number. Needless to say, we wanted to start here to see if any of you are familiar with these hoops or how to set them up in our software. We have OS 10 and these specific hoops aren't in there. Thanks so much in advance.
