  • How to keep machine from trimming longer digitized jumps

I recently got a design digitized by Artworks Source; a great company that I love to use. But in the particular design many of the jumps they inserted (which were traveling from one area of the same color to another) were about 3 inches long and the problem was that when I stitched the new design, my machine trimmed all those longer jumps which added about 3 -4 minutes to the stitch time. I really need to know if there is a setting on my machine that will allow for longer jumps and if so where do I find it.
    THANKS,

Did you turn off the Auto Trim? Uncheck it, under Ties and Trims.

Jerome said this in a previous post:
"I tried to get the Amaya to do this in 2008 after many calls to Melco and others it came down to you can not sew jumps (not trim) in the Amaya system.
They did not allow for it to be done in the software.
You can increase the length the a trim will be done to some extent but that is not enough.
You can use design shop to place walk stitches if you want as long as they are being sewn over but a 3" jump stitch or leaving the thread to be trimmed later in large lettering can not be done.
      Sorry..."
