Square 9.5 Durkee hoop not in options

I just bought a 24cm x 24cm Square Hoop, 400 Needle Spacing, Melco Compatible (#M-24x24-400) Durkee hoop and that size is not included anywhere in the add a hoop window as an option to select in my Amaya XT operating software. How do I manually add it and how do I know the dimensions to plug in.

I don't know how to add hoop w/dimensions to the drop-down but I would recommend using a grid as a quick fix. 24cm=9.449" and the needle clearance in each side is .5" so stay inside an 8.4" square grid right? That's what I'd do anyways.

I lost almost all my hoops when my computer died. I just measure the inside of the hoop, subtract a very comfortable half inch from both sides and the is the size. I watch the corners and can cheat a little on the sides and front. AND I ALWAYS TRACE!
