    detached machine

When sewing hats only, my machines ( a red, and an XT) have been stopping in the process of sewing ( every now and then)
the needle bar down and I need to shut off the machine and reload it to sew again.

this is a problem if you need to move the hoop for placement.

Has anyone else had this issue?

    Thank you
    Chris

On multiple machines? Or just one. At first I thought it might be a z motor issue but then you said machines plural.

You might start with the most obvious stuff like making sure the software is up to date and on the latest version you paid for...
