Are both programs set to run as administrator? Trying to remember my windows 8 vs. 10 stuff...

Jeremy:
I wish I could help but unfortunately owning BIG RED Amayas, Melco made the decision not to allow our machines to be update to OS11 - so I have no practical experience to offer you at this...
-
Hi everyone - here is an article on the Melco Helpdesk about this issue - let us know if it resolves things or you!
...
-
So.... because you are on a curved surface, and because the laser is on the right side when looking at the machine - this will always be an issue.
To center your design - you need to look at where...

Not sure I understand.
We load a design from design shop to AOS. Once in AOS, we assign the colors to the needles we want them to sew from.
Are you saying the design loads as ONE color and...
-
Yep. I’ll go further and say 99% chance they work. Half of our hoops are HoopTech. You should be good to go.
Melco is trying to shy away from commenting on new products working on old machines....
-
When we bought our oringal Amaya from melco - we got a Hooptech T Bar Framing Guage. It works perfectly fine with our CCF and WACF frames along with our specialty cap back frame. We also ordered...

Just have to ask - assume the estop isn't accidentally pushed in.
Is the needle still in the down position or when you turn it on - does it go to head up?
If it's down, have you tried pressing...

In the OS, make sure you have the correct network card adaptor selected. For example if you have a notebook with a wired and wireless port, be sure to select the wired one.
Have had this issue...
-
Have you tried (and you probably have) - restarting the computer. Turning off all machines. Then bringing up the computer, loading AOS - checking the boxes to send the CSA and RSA files to the...

For design shop yes, but OS is still single based and I think that is what they are selling here.

Did you check the retaining finger to make sure it’s a) not loose and b) properly gapped?
-
Hey Patricia:
When you say set - does it only come with the 12x9 frame or is it a set of frames?
Just the windows or the clamping device as well?
Thanks!
JOHN

Sometimes issues like this are caused by a graphic card driver. Make sure that's up to date. What else is happening?

Still available? Where in NJ.

I wouldn't be super concerned about rotating colors. It will happen naturally if you do much work.
I kind of have to admit I giggled a bit about the 20 colors. We have a multiple full color...
-
Not clear on what you are sawing - but if I remember to composition of the board itself, you should be able to. What will that help though. Trying to understand ;)
-
You can still buy them used from third parties and that might be a cheaper option for you.
Otherwise, they did some redesign on the shell and such and have renamed them. The XT and XTS product...
-
I’m not sure what they are but structured close to the brim can certainly cause issues.
Using sharp needles right? What about trying an 80/12?
-
I don’t have one but have you thought of a cap back hooping clamp? I love ours. Not super cheap but it does work well.
-
Thats what I have been saying too.
LE runs without a dongle. Your computer is not seeing the dongles. To prove, don’t put them in and start the programs. Everything will look the same as you...
-
What happens when you have the program open and you pull the dongles out?
Have you installed the sentinel (dongle) drivers?
Can you run the OS ok? You should be able to even without a dongle -...
-
Yep - you need both dongles. And in some cases need to install the sentinel driver as well for them to work properly.
I'll have to check on the permanent thing - but it almost sounds to me like...
